Technical support, Informatics and Cyberspace Committee in the 7th edition of Sarv-e Simin festival, implemented creative and new projects, using modern technologies, in order to improve the quality standard of this cultural and artistic event.
According to the news staff of the 7th Fajr International Handicrafts and Traditional Arts Festival (Sarv-e Simin-e 7), Arash Mohammadzade; the chairman of the festival’s technical support, informatics and cyberspace committee stated: the process of preparing the necessary technical infrastructure to hold this edition of Sarv-e Simin Festival started two months ago. Considering that the festival is held internationally for the first time in the seventh edition, a bilingual site (Persian and English) was registered with the domain ssfajr.ir.
He continued: In order to launch an integrated information system of the 7th Sarv-e Simin festival, in addition to including the data related to the timing, all the information related to the different sections of the festival, including the introduction of the jury, specialized committees, policy-making council and side events, were uploaded to the site.
Mohammadzade also said: amongst the other features of the ssfajr.ir site, we can mention the daily news section of the festival, the archive of images, photos and videos related to the events, programs and different sections of the festival, and the archive of Radio Sarv-e Simin podcasts. Also, for the first time, at the end of each day, an electronic newspaper including news and pictures related to the same day has been prepared and uploaded to the website in the form of a scrollable booklet.
Chairman of technical support, informatics and cyberspace Committee of Sarv-e Simin festival, referring to other activities of this committee, stated: from the first day of the festival, all educational workshops were broadcasted live on the Internet so that interested people from all provinces of the country could virtually enjoy the content presented in these national and international workshops.
He added: In this edition of Sarv-e Simin festival, for the first time, submission for participating in this cultural and artistic event was registered through the website.
Arash Mohammadzade, referring to the live broadcast of the closing ceremony of the 7th Fajr International Handicrafts and Traditional Arts Festival on telewebion and Miras-e Aria Internet TV said: In cooperation with the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization , by announcing a call, all political and cultural representatives and embassies of Iran in about 80 countries including Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria and many other European, Asian and African countries, etc., can attend the closing ceremony of the 7th Sarv-e Simin festival online and interactively (with possibility of speaking) through the Skyroom platform.
The 7th edition of Fajr International Handicrafts and Traditional Arts Festival (Sarv-e Simin-e 7), is being held from 15-23 February at National Museum of Iran.
