Positive Evaluation of Festival Artworks from the Technical and Architectural Perspective

The juror of the 7th Sarv-e Simin festival said:  artworks displayed in the festival are remarkable in several ways; technically and architecturally, we can evaluate them as good artworks.

According to the news staff of the 7th Fajr International Handicrafts and Traditional Arts Festival (Sarv-e Simin-e 7), Mahdi Keshavarz Afshar; a faculty member of Tarbiat Modares University and a jury member of the festival said: This year there were various artworks in the exhibition and artworks from different fields of handicrafts were presented.

He added: the feature of this year’s festival compared to last year is that artworks from other countries have also participated in the festival, and jurors from Singapore, India and Palestine have also come to this festival, which has made the festival an international event.

Keshavarz Afshar said: the artworks displayed in the festival are remarkable in several ways. Technically and architecturally, we can evaluate them as good artworks. Innovations can be seen in some of the artworks which made the festival looks good.

The juror of the 7th Sarv-e Simin festival said: the artworks that reach the festival must be at the festival level. Of course, the place of some artworks is empty in the festival, and we hope that in the future all fields of handicrafts and traditional arts will be able to compete in this opportunity.

The 7th edition of Fajr International Handicrafts and Traditional Arts Festival (Sarv-e Simin-e 7), was held from 15-23 February at National Museum of Iran.
